License GrantArk TV grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform infrastructure for commercial media operations.2. Service ScopeEnterprise services may include:Branded channelsCustom monetization structuresAdvertising dashboardsAnalyticsAPI integrationsWhite-label options (if contracted)3. FeesEnterprise clients agree to:Subscription feesRevenue share agreementsUsage-based pricingNon-payment may result in service suspension.4. Intellectual PropertyAll Ark TV software, systems, and proprietary frameworks remain the property of Kings Idea Connections and Outsourcing.5. Liability CapArk TV’s liability is limited to fees paid within the preceding 12 months.
