राजधानी दिल्ली में गुरुवार से बिना वैध पीयूसी सर्टिफिकेट वाले वाहनों को पेट्रोल पंपों पर ईंधन नहीं मिलेगा और जब ग्रैप 3 या 4 लागू होंगे, तब बीएस-6 से नीचे के और दिल्ली के बाहर पंजीकृत वाहनों को शहर में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं होगी.
